Nice to meet you.

I have a decade of experience working for mission-driven organizations and communicating about environmental and social issues. I specialize in translating complex ideas into engaging and accessible stories.

As communications manager for the Midwest Climate Adaptation Science Center at the University of Minnesota, I develop and implement strategy to get our science into the hands of key decision-makers. I manage external channels, such as our website, social media, events, and media relations, and facilitate internal communication among the many partners that make up the MW CASC.

I received my bachelor’s in geography from Macalester College and my master’s in strategic communication from the University of Minnesota’s Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Outside of work, you're likely to find me quilting, hanging out with my cats, and enjoying live music around the Twin Cities.
